Hennecke's acquisition of all OMS shares created a new global player in the polyurethane sector, combining the strengths of two industry-leading companies: Hennecke-OMS. The product range of HENNECKE-OMS fundamentally consists of various sandwich panel lines and single polyurethane metering machines. Based in Italy, the company, with its ten years of experience, designs many different types of sandwich panel lines with paper-faced and metal sheet facings. Customers who prefer this global company's technology can choose from a comprehensive product range and, to gain price advantages, either practical standard lines or versatile, technology-advanced lines offering high flexibility. For series production, they can opt for continuous panel lines or discontinuous panel lines for special products. Since its establishment in Verano Brianza, a city near Milan, the economic capital of Italy, HENNECKE-OMS has placed special emphasis on technical innovations, while also developing economical solutions and products that do not compromise on quality. With more than 160 motivated employees and operating across 18,000 m², it provides high-caliber solutions offering continuity to the polyurethane industry.
