Enerjisa Üretim, Turkey's renewable energy transformation company, continues building the leadership ecosystem of the future in the fifth year of the Womentum program, which transforms young women's career journeys.
Enerjisa Üretim expands its impact each year through the Womentum program, which prepares young women as strong, confident and well-equipped individuals for the future business world. First launched in 2022 and entering its fifth cycle in April, the program offers female students in their 3rd and 4th year of university or final year of vocational school a powerful springboard that makes a difference in their career journeys.
Growing Impact, Strengthening Platform
Advanced under the lead partnership of Enerjisa Üretim and facilitated by imeceLAB, with contributions from academic stakeholders, Womentum demonstrates the results of these collaborations through strong data, with growing student interest and expanding impact each year. In the latest cycle of the program, over 4,600 applications were received from 71 provinces across Turkey, with total applications since the program's inception exceeding 12,000. In the latest cycle of Womentum, over 2,300 female students from 65 different provinces were accepted, bringing the program's total reach to nearly 7,500 participants to date. This picture clearly demonstrates that Womentum has become an increasingly powerful impact platform in young women's career journeys.

Comprehensive Development Through the Academy Program
The application process starting in February will continue until 15 March 2026. The new cycle of Womentum will open its doors with an orientation meeting held on 1 April. Delivered entirely on a digital platform over six weeks, the program offers a carefully designed strong development experience for young women to acquire critical competencies they will need in their career journeys.
Within the scope of the designed Academy Program, participants will engage with broad and current content ranging from personal development to career strategies, from sustainability perspectives to the transforming dynamics of the energy sector and technology competencies. Live training sessions held twice a week will be recorded with flexible learning approaches, also made accessible for participants to access at their convenience. Throughout the program, students demonstrating high participation and performance will be included in the interview process following the trainings. Thus, Womentum will continue to build a tangible bridge extending from learning to career.
Applied Experience Through Workshops and Challenge Process
The second phase of the program, Workshops and Challenge Process, will be launched for participants who complete the Academy stage. This implementation-focused phase, planned to start on 20 June and last five weeks, will give students the experience of developing solutions to real-world problem areas using Design Thinking methodology. Project development conducted around identified "challenge" topics will provide a comprehensive learning flow fed by workshop outputs, enabling participants to practically develop teamwork, innovative thinking and problem-solving competencies.
