KADİM Support from Efor Holding to Women's Cooperatives

Efor Holding is taking part as a mentor institution in the KADİM – Solidarity and Advanced Mentorship Program for Women's Cooperatives, launched in collaboration with the Eastern Black Sea Development Agency (DOKA) and Özyeğin Üniversitesi. Within the scope of the program, which was introduced on October 12 at Özyeğin Üniversitesi Çekmeköy Campus, Efor Holding will share its knowledge and experience with women's cooperatives, contributing to their development in areas such as market access, branding, business development and digitalization.

Launched with the aim of strengthening the institutional and economic capacities of women's cooperatives, supporting their sustainable development and creating a solidarity network based on experience sharing, KADİM brings cooperatives together with experienced mentors. The program aims to increase knowledge sharing, enhance cooperation and create concrete areas of development through mentorship activities shaped according to the needs of the cooperatives.

Within the scope of KADİM, knowledge and experience sharing will take place in various areas such as market access, customer connections, business-to-business (B2B) collaborations, product development, finance, branding, e-commerce, public incentives, networking, strategy and social media.

Through the mentorship role it has undertaken within the program, Efor Holding aims to contribute to the development processes of women's cooperatives. The company's approach is based on going beyond simply being a supporting institution, to listening to the needs of cooperatives, developing solutions together, and supporting them in strengthening their own capacities.

In this direction, it is planned to match the areas of expertise of mentors with the needs of cooperatives and to carry out work in line with jointly determined goals. The program is intended to offer a development process based on practical application in addition to knowledge transfer.

Efor Holding also plans to carry out its communication activities within the scope of KADİM in a way that will make the program's long-term development visible. Over the next 12 months, mentor-cooperative pairings, joint activities carried out, and the results achieved will be shared through various communication content.

One of the program's core approaches is to view women's cooperatives not merely as structures that receive support, but as actors that create value in terms of production, entrepreneurship, local development and economic empowerment. Through KADİM, it is aimed to support the institutional development of cooperatives and strengthen collaborations based on experience sharing.
