**Certificate of Appreciation for DYO**

DYO received a certificate of appreciation from TOBB Kocaeli Women Entrepreneurs Board for supporting the 'Women's Hand in Industry' project. Turkey's most established paint manufacturer DYO was recognized with a certificate of appreciation at a ceremony hosted by Kocaeli Chamber of Industry for being among the industrial enterprises contributing to the 'Women's Hand in Industry' project, which is being carefully carried out by the TOBB Kocaeli Women Entrepreneurs Board. The certificate, presented by Kocaeli Chamber of Industry, was received on behalf of DYO Paint Factories Inc. by Human Resources Manager Sümer Özgen. Within the scope of the Women's Hand in Industry project, which is conducted to increase women's employment in industry, ensure that more women role models in industry emerge for young people, and contribute to industry's need for qualified employment, stakeholders will develop training plans according to industrial enterprises' needs, provide training to women and female students in vocational technical high schools in these fields, and ensure their employment following the completion of their training. TOBB Kocaeli Women Entrepreneurs Board continues its activities in the Women's Hand in Industry and I Have My Profession, I Have My Hope projects to change the perception of women in industry and enable our industrialists to find talented, valuable, and capable employees. Through projects that spread gender equality awareness, which is a fundamental condition for sustainable development, the sector contributes to women's increased participation in the industrial sector. As a result of applications received through websites, vocational training courses are opened in the required areas.         TOBB Women Entrepreneurs Board (TOBB WEB) is an advisory body within TOBB that develops general policies on women entrepreneurship and contributes to the formation of opinions. The Board was also established to provide training and capacity development support to women entrepreneurs and assist them in realizing their entrepreneurial ideas. The Board's Chair is Nurten Öztürk, Founding Member of the OPET Board of Directors, with Honorary Chair M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu. TOBB WEB, in addition to establishing policies and leading the development of entrepreneurial culture among women with the aim of developing and strengthening women entrepreneurs' potential in our country in terms of quantity and quality; has responsibilities such as offering women personal development paths and career development opportunities. In this context, TOBB WEB: a) Conduct seminars, panels and similar educational events aimed at enabling entrepreneurial individuals to use these characteristics more effectively and productively, and provide basic information and guidance to those considering starting businesses about the processes of establishment and business continuation, b) Increase women entrepreneurship awareness in our country by highlighting entrepreneurs, c) Enable women entrepreneurs to intern alongside experienced entrepreneurs, d) Develop a coaching system to provide support from experienced entrepreneurs to newly established entrepreneurs over certain periods, e) Was established to determine policies that would assist entrepreneurship in universities and sectors and to direct and encourage women entrepreneurs to these sectors. TOBB Provincial Women Entrepreneur Boards, operating in coordination with TOBB Women Entrepreneurs Board, have been established in all 81 provinces.
