Alarko Holding Supports Women's Entrepreneurship with the Entrepreneurship Pioneers Program

Alarko Holding has completed the third year of its Entrepreneurship Pioneers Program, which strengthens women's entrepreneurship with a focus on digital transformation, sustainability and innovative business models. Carried out in cooperation with Habitat Derneği, the program provided grant support from Alarko Holding and Alarko Tarım to women entrepreneurs who developed successful business models.
Alarko Holding completed the third year of its Enterprise Pioneers Programme, which strengthens women entrepreneurship focused on digital transformation, sustainability and innovative business models. Under the programme conducted in partnership with Habitat Association, grant support was provided by Alarko Holding and Alarko Agriculture to women entrepreneurs who developed successful business models.
This year, innovative business ideas emerged in areas such as microbial fertiliser, digital beekeeping, next-generation agriculture, aromatic cosmetics, functional food, ecotourism, sustainable furniture and biomedical solutions. 25 entrepreneurs qualified for grant support following jury evaluation; 20 enterprises were supported by Alarko Holding and 5 enterprises by Alarko Agriculture.
Alarko Holding CEO Ümit N. Yıldız stated the following regarding the programme: "Equal participation of women in economic life supports sustainable and inclusive development. Through the Enterprise Pioneers Programme, we create a multiplier effect that amplifies the value generated by entrepreneurial women. Our programme offers a holistic ecosystem ranging from financial support to mentoring and visibility."

Over the past three years, the programme has strengthened social and economic impact by providing training to more than 4,000 women from 81 different cities and grant support to 40 enterprises. Participants gained competence in Artificial Intelligence-Enabled Digital Marketing, Design Thinking, E-Export, Brand Management and Financial Management. Assessments conducted show that every one unit of investment in the project generates 3.53 units of social value.
Habitat Association Executive Board Chairman Bora Caldu said, "The Enterprise Pioneers Programme demonstrates that women are strong players not only in traditional production but also in technology, artificial intelligence, sustainability and social innovation. We offer a sustainable ecosystem through education, financing and collaboration opportunities."
Women entrepreneurs participating in the programme receive visibility support through Alarko Holding's social media and corporate channels, while benefiting from mentoring and collaboration opportunities during branding and growth processes. The Enterprise Pioneers Programme aims to further expand the women entrepreneur ecosystem and social impact in the coming period.
