Aksa Akrilik delivered a solid performance in the first nine months of 2025, driven by operational efficiency, an expanding product range and growing activity in global markets. The company also took significant steps in advanced materials through strategic investments in carbon fiber and composites.

Aksa Akrilik, the world's leading acrylic fiber producer, achieved TRY 23.4 billion in revenue, TRY 3.2 billion in EBITDA and TRY 2.54 billion in net profit during the first 9 months of 2025. The company delivered strong results in challenging market conditions by pursuing a strategy of operational efficiency and market diversification, while continuing investments aligned with sustainable growth targets.

Operating at 73% capacity utilization, Aksa Akrilik maintained its leading position in the global acrylic fiber market with a 50% export share. Continuing strategic investments without pause in 2025, the company increased its stake in the carbon fiber segment to 100% by acquiring all Dow shares in August. It further strengthened its advanced materials ecosystem by integrating Aksa Composites (formerly Epsilon Composite) into its operations in January.

Implemented TRY 2.5 billion investment programme
The commissioning of the Mithra (ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene) line and a 7,000 ton/year capacity technical yarn facility in the final quarter marked significant steps accelerating Aksa Akrilik's advanced materials transformation. The company completed total capital expenditure of TRY 2.5 billion in 2025, focusing growth on carbon fiber, composites and high-tech materials alongside textile fibers.
