Akçansa Becomes First Turkish Company to Have All Cement Plants Gold-Level CSC Certified

Akçansa Samsun Ladik Plant has successfully completed an independent audit conducted by Turkey Ready-Mix Concrete Association Quality Assurance System Economic Enterprise (KGS) and received the Responsible Use of Resources Certificate at gold level from the Concrete Sustainability Council (CSC).

With Ladik Cement Plant also obtaining gold level CSC Certificate, the company became the first and only building materials manufacturer in Turkey with all cement plants holding this designation.

Akçansa continues its activities aimed at efficient use of resources and is being recognized for its sustainability-focused work. Akçansa Ladik Plant received its certification at gold level with a score of 90.99.

The company achieved significant success nationwide in the Responsible Use of Resources Certificate category. With Ladik Cement Plant also obtaining gold level CSC Certificate, Akçansa is the only company with all cement plants holding CSC certificates at this level.
