Adaçal Wins Tender for CaO Requirement

Adaçal AŞ, a group company of Bera Holding, won the tender worth TRY 29,400,000 plus VAT for Eti Maden Kütahya Operations' CaO requirements. According to a statement from Bera Holding, a contract worth TRY 29,400,000 plus VAT for the sale of quicklime powder was signed between Adaçal Endüstriyel Mineraller San. Tic. AŞ, a precipitated calcium carbonate (PCC) producer, and Eti Maden Operations General Directorate. PCC, an effective raw material in the paper, paints, plastics, chemicals and adhesives industries, is exported as a value-added product to a broad geography where industry is strong, from India to Chile and from Germany to South Africa. Adaçal, with 160 personnel of which 33 are office staff and daily production capacity of 650 tons/day, has a strong laboratory capable of performing mineralogical analysis of PCC, CaO and Ca(OH)2 products in its production portfolio, as well as qualified human resources and equipment.
