Schneider Electric ranks third on Manisa's Top Taxpayers List

Schneider Electric ranked third on the tax record holders list for 2023 released by Manisa Directorate of Finance. This achievement was an important indicator of the company's contribution to the national economy.

Schneider Electric, a leader in energy management and digital transformation of automation, continues to contribute to Turkey's economy. Following the evaluation of corporate income tax returns for the 2023 taxation period by Manisa Directorate of Finance, Schneider Electric was included on the tax record holders list as the third largest taxpayer in Manisa. This success stands out as an indicator of Schneider Electric's management approach focused on sustainable growth and social contribution.

Schneider Electric Turkey and Central Asia Regional Director İsmail Yamangil made the following comments regarding the company's achievement:

Contributing to the region with environmentally friendly solutions

Schneider Electric aims to prioritize energy efficiency and environmentally friendly solutions at its production facilities in Manisa, thereby increasing its contribution to Turkey's economy and the region. Its success in the corporate income tax field stands out as a strong indicator of this sense of responsibility and sustainable management approach.

Schneider Electric's Manisa Factory stands out as Europe's first and only "Smart Factory" in the ETO (Engineering to Order) classification in Europe based on both product and equipment activity. The factory, which exports 70 percent of medium-voltage cells, also ranked third in export rankings in Manisa. At the same time, Manisa Factory, which was the first factory building in Turkey to qualify for BREEAM Green Building Certification in the "in-use" category, sources part of its energy from solar panels.
