Demand for Kalekim's Shares Exceeded 300,000 Investors
Results published for Kalekim's public offering, for which demand collection took place on 6-7 May. According to this, demand for Kalekim's public offering came from more than 300,000 investors in total.
Kalekim's public offering results were published on the Public Disclosure Platform. Following the demand collection process carried out between 6-7 May, the public offering of shares with a nominal value of 34.5 million TL, including greenshoe option, was completed.
The public offering price for Kalekim shares with a nominal value of 1 TL per share, in batches of 100, was set at TRY 14.75. Accordingly, the public offering size materialized at TRY 509 million. As a result of the distribution realized, shares with a total nominal value of 21.5 million TL, amounting to TRY 317 million, corresponding to 62.3% of the final public offering size, were sold to 301,700 domestic individual investors. As stated in the public offering prospectus, no different price was applied to any investor group, and the selling price was TRY 14.75 for all investors entitled to purchase shares in the public offering.
A separate allocation group was set aside for Kalekim company employees in the public offering. As a result of the distribution in this allocation group, shares with a total nominal value of 567 thousand TL, amounting to TRY 8 million, corresponding to 1.6% of the final public offering size, were sold to 479 company employees.
Domestic institutional investors submitted demand for 20 million TL nominal value in shares, which is 3.3 times the share amount allocated to them. As a result of the distribution realized, shares with a total nominal value of 11 million TL, amounting to TRY 162 million, and corresponding to 31.7% of the final public offering size, were sold to 91 domestic institutional investors.
Foreign institutional investors were sold shares with a total nominal value of 1.5 million TL, amounting to TRY 22 million, and corresponding to 4.3% of the final public offering size.
