Rainbow Manual Powder Coating Gun

The Rainbow Manual Powder Coating Gun consists of completely dismantleable parts. Its ergonomic grip design and lightweight construction prevent user fatigue. The high-voltage cascade cartridge is cartridge-type and can be easily replaced in case of malfunction. The well-designed head group ensures optimal powder loading, resulting in homogeneous adhesion of the powder to the part. The advanced trigger system minimizes the risk of malfunction. The curtain system between the cascade and powder passage provides sealing, preventing the cascade from coming into contact with powder and reducing the risk of malfunction to a minimum.

Rainbow Multi-Color Coating System

This is equipment used in applications requiring frequent color changes. The powder box is vibrated with the aid of an electric vibration motor mounted on the lower chassis. The suction tube is specially designed with both injector connection capability and air distribution capability within the powder box. In this way, the powder in the container is agitated and can be transported to the gun tip with the aid of the injector. During color changes, only the suction tube and injector are cleaned.
