Modular structure for customized ion chromatography solutions
OMNIS IC has been developed on a modular hardware concept consisting of functional units such as pumps, injectors, detectors and dosing units. These components can be combined according to the needs of laboratories, enabling the creation of customized ion chromatography systems. Thanks to their modular structure, these systems can be configured to fully match analytical requirements and can be easily expanded as the complexity of applications increases.

Automation that simplifies daily laboratory work
OMNIS IC supports a high level of automation covering workflows from sample preparation to result verification. Automatic eluent preparation and continuous monitoring of fill levels help prevent possible interruptions. Inline sample preparation steps such as dilution, filtration and dialysis, as well as smart injection techniques such as partial loop injection, pre-concentration or matrix elimination, reduce manual intervention and minimize the risk of user-induced errors.

Integrated reliability and self-monitoring
OMNIS IC continuously monitors system status, including pressures, flows and liquid levels, in order to achieve stable and reproducible results. Pre-analysis checks verify sample lists, while equilibration checks ensure that measurements are only initiated under suitable operating conditions. Automatic functions such as AutoPurge and AutoRinse help maintain a flow path free of air bubbles and prevent sample carryover between analyses.

Intuitive software for efficient operation
OMNIS IC is operated via the OMNIS Software, which has a clearly structured and intuitive user interface. Visual icons, drop-down menus, tips and integrated help functions support users in quickly adapting to the system, enabling both experienced analysts and new users to work efficiently and safely.

A single platform for multiple analytical technologies
OMNIS IC is fully integrated into the OMNIS platform and enables Ion Chromatography, Titration and NIR Spectroscopy to be controlled within a single software environment. Analytical results obtained from different techniques are combined on a sample-centric basis, eliminating data silos and simplifying reporting; thus efficiency is increased particularly in applications requiring multiple parameters, such as drinking water analysis.
