Pantene launches new heat-activated moisture care range

Pantene has launched its new Moisture Boost product line, developed with Pro-V technology. The brand announced that the formula, which is activated by heat, brings a new approach to hair care for damaged and moisture-depleted hair.

According to a statement from the company, the line aims to address dryness and dullness resulting from hair losing moisture and shine. The company noted that in products where the heat used during styling is integrated into the care process, moisturizing components become more effective when activated by heat.

Positioned as the flagship product of the series, Pantene Heat & Glow Cream aims to deliver intense moisture to hair strands through its heat-activated Pro-V formula and lock in moisture to provide protection against external factors. The product also offers protection against static electricity and heat up to 230 degrees.

Emphasizing that it is the only hair care brand approved by the Swiss Vitamin Institute, Pantene stated that the Moisture Boost series contains solutions for different hair types experiencing varying levels of moisture loss. The series includes shampoo, rinse-out and leave-in hair cream options, as well as complementary products such as intensive care cream and night mask.

Dr. Cedric Callens, Scientific Communications Director at Pantene, noted in his assessment that a significant portion of consumers experience dry hair problems and said that after more than two years of research, they developed an innovative technology that helps heat allow moisturizing components to reach deeper layers of the hair.

With the new series, Pantene aims to make users' hair care routines more practical and effective.
