Technical Polyurethane Congress brings industry together

The Technical Polyurethane Congress, to be held on 6-7 November 2024 at Pullman Istanbul Hotel Convention Center in cooperation with POLYDER (Polyurethane Manufacturers and Importers Association) and Chem Media, is preparing to bring together the polyurethane sector. Turkey has become an important hub for polyurethane production over the years, leveraging its strategic geographic location, extensive raw material resources, and qualified workforce across many different sectors. An international platform congress will be organized where all aspects of the Turkish polyurethane sector, which meets international standards through its production quality and capabilities, will be evaluated, and at the same time raw materials, machinery, equipment and production needs will be addressed. The Technical Polyurethane Congress, to be held at Pullman Istanbul Hotel Convention Center in cooperation with POLYDER and Chem Media, plans to bring together the entire polyurethane sector on 6-7 November.

Aims to shape the sector's future

Launching with the motto "Polyurethane in Every Aspect of Life," the Technical Polyurethane Congress will host leading companies and academics from the polyurethane sector over two days. The congress aims to shape the sector's future through topics including innovation, sustainability, functionality, digitalization, and artificial intelligence. The congress is intended to build a bridge between academics and companies, contributing to university-industry collaboration, which is crucial for industrial development. Work continues at full pace on the congress, which will include important academics and company representatives on its "Scientific Board."
