Schneider Electric and Capgemini, a global business and technology transformation expert, introduce next-generation energy management platform to the industry. Schneider Electric, a leader in digital transformation of energy management and automation, has entered into a new collaboration with Capgemini, a global leader in business and technology transformation services, in the field of energy optimization. Within the scope of this collaboration, the "Energy Command Center" platform, developed by Capgemini and supported by Schneider Electric, aims to advance organizations' facility management and energy efficiency efforts to a smarter and more environmentally conscious level. The Energy Command Center platform brings together unique end-to-end digital solutions and cutting-edge technologies to simplify energy management and optimize energy consumption. An integrated and centralized platform for monitoring, controlling and optimizing all building assets, Energy Command Center leverages advanced artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, algorithms and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies. In this way, Energy Command Center provides measurements and insights across many criteria such as energy intensity, critical assets and operational status, renewable energy generation and overall performance of energy assets. The newly developed platform is supported by Schneider Electric's pioneering connected products, Edge control applications and consulting services. This makes it possible to efficiently manage energy supply across many assets such as factories, offices or other infrastructure, and minimizes energy consumption across operations. Capgemini brings its expertise in data integration and processing, artificial intelligence and machine learning, and its specialization in integrating products and software into a centralized decision-making platform to the Energy Command Center solution. In this way, Energy Command Center, which combines real-time energy consumption and carbon emission data with modular and interoperable building management software and systems, helps reduce energy consumption and expenditures, supporting the achievement of corporate goals and accelerating the net-zero journey. Highlighting that the platform presented in a shared vision with Schneider Electric reveals the potential that digital technologies and data have in accelerating energy transformation, Capgemini CEO Aiman Ezzat said: "We are at a critical juncture for energy transformation. During this period, we are excited to combine our deep technology and data expertise with Schneider Electric's proven solutions to drive innovation that will enable organizations to accelerate their energy decarbonization processes." Schneider Electric CEO Peter Herweck stated: "Efficiency solutions play a critical role in addressing vital energy and climate crises. In this context, we need decarbonization solutions created through electrification and digitalization for a sustainable future. In this direction, we are pleased to advance the energy efficiency and sustainability practices we have invested in for many years with Capgemini. We believe we can create meaningful impact together."
