İKMİB Brings Cosmetics Sector Together in Denmark

The Istanbul Chemical Substances and Products Exporters Association (İKMİB) organized the "ECRM Copenhagen Cosmetics Sector Trade Mission" in Copenhagen, Denmark, targeting the cosmetics and cleaning products sector. The mission brought together 88 Turkish and foreign companies, resulting in over 470 bilateral business meetings.

İKMİB, which conducts numerous activities to support chemical sector exports, organized the ECRM Copenhagen Cosmetics Sector Trade Mission for the cosmetics and cleaning products sector between 13-16 October 2024. Thirteen Turkish companies from the cosmetics and cleaning products sector participated in the Sector Trade Mission to Denmark.

Throughout the event, Turkish companies presented branded and private label products such as skincare products, personal care products, soap and wet wipes, and baby care products to buyers. Over a two-day period, the organization facilitated 478 bilateral business meetings with approximately 75 purchasing companies from the United States, Denmark and neighboring countries, including major retailers and store chains such as Watson, Carrefour and Rossmann.

The delegation, accompanied by İKMİB TİM Delegate Süleyman Özgür Öztürk, visited Turkish Trade Counselor Erdal Karahisar and delivered an informational presentation to participants.
