Feige FILLING Launches Modular ATEX Filling Machine

Feige FILLING now offers its well-known pallet filling machine ELEMENTRA® 16 in a new modular version called ELEMENTRA® GO for extra speedy delivery. 

The modular configuration of the semi-automatic machine allows a quick production start with all the high-quality features of Feige’s ELEMENTRA machine line and the flexibility to change between products and containers. The machine is based on modular features specialized for the requirements of the chemicals industry and can be projected and commissioned within several weeks. 

“Our customers are looking for filling equipment that will allow flexibility for volatile market outlooks and in case of machine breakdowns. The ELEMENTRA® 16 GO concept is the solution for short-term needs like these,” explains Stefan Schüttkemper, manufacturing director. 

The ELEMENTRA® GO machines apply bottom-up filling especially suitable for liquids that foam and is ATEX certified to ensure safe handling of explosive hazardous chemicals. Adjustable in height, the filling machines can be used for different kinds of drums on pallets as well as IBCs.

The proven machine design allows for safe filling of different kinds of chemicals as well as for fast cleaning cycles between recipe changes. Thanks to movable elements, the machine can be accessed from all sides and can be integrated flexibly into an existing production line.  

After all, the GO concept is not a reduced version: With the new Feige web HMI, it offers easy and intuitive control and recipe management. This includes a video- and image-based help center and FDA compliant role management on a 15,7’’ touch screen.  

The new GO concept starts with the ELEMENTRA® 16 model and will be available for other machines soon.
